Nothing to like (only colleagues are good)

Dislikes

.... they hire people easily and fired people even more easily with dumbest reason. 4-5 people work they are expecting from 1 employee with very very less salary and also expecting to be more productivity and this is what they call professionalism. wanting leave then be ready for over professional drama. for your learning purpose they only gives you warning not any course subscription. after you complain about issue in work, then be ready to listen about your bad performance. as a fresher you should not join this company.

This organization only provides salary on time else nothing good there.

Dislikes

Everything is worst in this organization from work culture to management, HR, the Team's seniors, and over-hyped workload. They only want you to work till midnight. You can't expect a work-life balance in this organization, even you have to work on weekends off too. There weekend offs are only for namesake. Management is also worse there. HR is way worse she is always ready to put the blame on employees instead of listening to their issues. You can't expect any support and employee retainment policy in this garbage-like organization. None enjoy working there. The best decision of my career was to leave this Third Class organization.

...operations. Although, i see certain issues since its a permanent work from home. Major issues falls around target completion but i feel if company pays salary on time, appraisals are decent, job security is top-most, frequent trainings if someone is willing to learn etc. then company expects decent output as well. I was going through some of the comments that i laughed about and compelled me to write something that i felt in last 4 years. Majority of the comments are from employees who have absconded or from people who failed to clear PIP. Here, i would advise to HR that hirings has to be changed from Pune based companies where no policy and management in place. This is making difficult for me as well since i have come across many comments (clearly identifiable) who have been given enough time to improve!!

In a WFH situation, i guess HR should have a big role to play here. At times people want a human connect and that is clearly not possible in WFH. Hence, some sessions may come as a help.

Permanent WFH option and decent salary hike

Dislikes

Micromanagement and politics. This is a real toxic workplace unlike any other an employee will ever encounter. If you are joining this company, know you are waking into a trap. I had debtors knocking on my door. I still quit this job without having any other job in hand and even took a paycut to stop working this company. The micromanagement is toxic beyond anything I can describe. Do not apply to the content writing department under any circumstances.
