Very bad work environment, they will hire you from the competitors Organisation, and try to get the hidden logic, important information and after 2-3 months they will fire you. All the 5 star given by fake account or team member who are working there and force to that.

I didn't like anything working at research and ranking. There is no job security and they want there employees to work for extra hours without pay. There is immense work pressure. They exploit there employees and anyone can be fired any time without any prior notice and they will give very vague reason why they are doing so. No one is gonna listen to the opinions and pathetic leave policy.

Very very slow growth. Very very high work pressure. They want you to attend clients calls anytime and on weekends as well.there are many more.

Nothing Merlyn is worst , she is so insecured about herself and behaves authoritative. Company culture isn't good at all. Not yet all supportive even if you have health issues.

Merlyn is a big problem. She has studied only b.com and is manager because there is no one else. She is a bad manager indeed. Behaves as if she has the most important job in the world but the reality is the job won't make any difference. Until she is there, it won't be good working there.
