Salary is never on time, you have to beg. They are way behind competition. Don't know how they exist for 16 years. Repetitive works, no certifications, no training, no career growth. Leave after one year. They terminate at anytime. Nothing called management, only one person runs the shop (the owner)

... many efficient employees feel suffocated and resign from their jobs frequently. Regarding the pay structure, its good but the salary date keeps fluctuating each month. Annual increments are made if the management wants or else no increment. However, it happens for some favorite superiors in a secretive manner. There is no transparency between employer and employee. There is no sure sort HR policy and it keeps on changing as per the wish of the management. In the month of April, the work pressure is doubled in the name of annual hike but it actually happens whenever the management wants or when employees raise a voice after 6 months thereafter. There is a mandatory 3 months notice period if you wish to leave the job or else your pending salary may be paid or may not by the time you leave. They have hundreds of reasons in each month for deducting the salary. There is no bonus or any other perks for the employees.

A good company to start your career. You can learn many things from your senior and colleagues if you are really interested to learn. Note- Review matters from person to person so it was my review.

Dislikes

I will not say that I disliked it well it happen in every company specially the work pressure. Another good factor is from that work pressure also I challenged myself how to deal with things, how to finish my work at time.

Everything. The company culture is toxic. If you don't fit in with the office gossip or cliques, you're treated differently. Even when something good happens, there's always someone trying to ruin it. The work environment feels more like a jail than a workplace. Management is terrible, and there are no proper HR policies. They change the rules whenever they feel like it, and the offer letter often doesn't match the actual work conditions. Employees face the risk of arbitrary termination, and pending salaries are delayed for months, causing insignificant distress. The office politics are unbearable, and the obvious favoritism only adds to the negativity creating an unfair atmosphere. And the founder seems to have no other focus than constantly finding faults in the employees, implying they only come to the office to waste time, while also setting unrealistic expectations out of nowhere.
