...ance is non-existent as the founders expect employees to work unrealistic hours salary and benefits are under market rate unless you are part of the favoured few. The company has poor benefits that are useless to most. Promotions and appraisals are arbitrary, do not follow any recognized processes and are based entirely in favouritism Job security is nill, the compnay has been steadily hiring and laying-off employees for over a year. Skill development / learning is also non-existent. There absolutely no 'real' investment in employee growth and development other than a meager stipend for online courses. Work satisfaction is marginally better than all other attributes because the organisation works with great partners. Company culture is terrible, rampant favouritism, malpractices across the board, employees competing with each other to not be laid off and using the organisation for personal goals such as obtaining international work visas.
