They just provide good salary. Other than that they don’t have holiday list. Even no offs on Saturday. No offs on any Indian festival. They ask HR & Other departments to work on National holidays as well

In the beginning it was all good. Good culture, good people, good policy. But with time, the team changed, motto changed, policies changed. The company does nothing for the welfare of employees.

...work Politics Favouritism by leaders who bring their ex employees to the team. Salary deducted for taking sick leaves for more days or taking sudden leaves. Even if it's an emergency. Leave request gets declines Work hours keep extending from 9 officially to 10-12 hours unofficially Your team leader will treat you badly, scold you, shout on you infront of people. That's why people at republic leave the company even before completing one year. Work targets soar every few months, even if the previous targets are never met. Boss will never value your work, never empathize with your problems or even allow leaves. Very bad work culture.

I mean it's literally chaos here, no work life balance, ok they pay good but they make u work overtime literally every other day,, which makes the fact that they pay u null and void, also even if u are hired for a designation..u will have to do a load of other work which is not even concerned to your profile. No holidays, no wfh and no work life balance at all.

It was a disastrous experience working in Republic Bharat. Work timings were pathetic, 11-12 hours shift is a norm. And everytime something big is happening, expect to be there in office for as long as 15-18 hours. 6 days working, another pathetic thing about this company. No support from manager or your teammates as everyone is just trying to save their jobs.

...d to resign if you don't like their working environment which I mentioned above. Even if Republic Media offers you triple your salary, don't join. It's a trap. I had a bad experience even while getting my relieving letter, which I eventually got. Biggest flaw in hiring was that they didn't tell me what exactly my role will be in the company.
