Salary is too low. No specific location. They can hire you for some place but transfer you to another location. Risky job no any kind of security. You have to attend complaint at any cost. No strict timing. You are just outside worker for the company. Without strang will power and endurance don't come in this field.

Good company with competetive salary as compared to any other organization. Some days we'll have to stay till late evening till 11 in the night or even till 2 a.m. if there's any event. Not good for girls per the security during night travel. No transportation. No insurance. Poor job security.

...and core values are followed to the best. Everyone is treated with same respect. Salary and appraisals are good. Work life balance is good. Work environment is positive. Overall it feels great to work with an organisation which has great vision and where your opinion matters.

...t: Normal working time is from 8.00am to 5.00pm. Come- do your work- go home. 2. Salary: Trust me, you cannot get this much salary elsewhere with your skills. 3. No ego clashes & internal politics. 4. Good work culture. 5. Support from our founders. And you can see smiling faces everywhere inside the campus, that gives you a positive energy.

There are no cons. Comparing with my previous company, Repos is far far better.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very hight. Sometimes, I have to work 14-28 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
