We are looking for a Media Lead who will shape, drive, and scale Repos' media presence across platforms, ensuring every piece of content builds brand resonance and creates business impact.

Responsibilities:

Media Strategy & Execution:

- Define and execute an integrated media strategy that aligns with Repos' vision and business goals.

- Oversee the planning, production, and distribution of multimedia content across digital and traditional platforms.

- Lead high-impact media campaigns, including branding, digital marketing, PR, and corporate storytelling.

Content & Storytelling Leadership:

- Spearhead the creation of compelling content that engages audiences and drives brand affinity.

- Guide the team in developing high-quality videos, brand films, social media content, and corporate narratives.

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all media channels.

Digital & Performance Marketing:

- Leverage digital media, including paid, owned, and earned channels, to amplify reach and engagement.

- Optimize content for performance marketing, ensuring alignment with lead generation and conversion goals.

- Track and analyze media performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Lead and mentor the media team, fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and excellence.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Design) to ensure media efforts support business objectives.

- Work with external agencies, production houses, and media partners to execute large-scale campaigns.

Public Relations & Brand Building:

- Manage external communications, press releases, and media relations to strengthen Repos' industry presence.

- Develop thought leadership initiatives, ensuring Repos is positioned as a category leader in fuel-tech.

- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand credibility.

Innovation & Emerging Trends:

- Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring Repos leverages the latest in media technology, AI-driven content, and storytelling formats.

- Experiment with new media formats, including podcasts, interactive experiences, and immersive storytelling.

- Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.

- Proven track record of leading successful media campaigns and scaling brand impact.

- Experience in handling PR, digital media, and brand storytelling at a leadership level.
