The work environment is lively and filled with talented people, I've been able to improve my writing skills significantly here

Sometimes, balancing multiple projects can be changing but my team are really helpful

The team, well the people I started with. Also the company owners and CEO. During my time they were hands on with what's going on with the team and their well being. They cared about people and their talent. Great culture and ambitious clients and projects were part of daily routine which added to the fun.

Dislikes

Some new senior management people who maybe helping the company but are toxic as hell when it comes to caring about others. They are selfish and would say anything and everything to make you feel like a bottom feeder. Don't know if they are still at office or not. Also sometimes work life balance goes for a toss.

Likes

The opportunity to leverage your skills and map your own path is huge. If you are ambitious and proactive, you can gain a lot of positive experiences that can advance your career.

Dislikes

Agency life always takes the work-life balance for a toss, but this one was draining. There is a serious dearth of good team leaders. Empathy is low. You can only cruise if you have your team's support, and the atmosphere is politically competitive for that to happen.
