Salary never used to come on time. The HR team is pathetic. The whole hr system is a failure.

The only positive aspect of this company is that we receive our salary on time. Other than that, there is nothing else that I like about it.

Work is the only activity that will be conducted, and no leave will be provided. We must request leave one month in advance, and strict timings will be enforced with no breaks allowed for personal needs.

Rentomojo was not providing the incentives to agents after reaching out to OKR Every employee will expect some additional bonus with salerly in the end of the month need to provide at least a base price of $500–$1,000 as an incentive per month.

Everything is good but for the chat team, sometimes is hash or a little rude for chat team, have to take 4 chats, with minimal AST, AHT etc and also with the good quality, sometimes it is difficult.

Salary needs to raise or hike for the work we chat team did.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
