...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Salary and Conveyance are paid in time. Other than that company offers little support seasonally. Training is provided somewhat of the chemical usage, pest control management and safety awareness.

No growth of salary upto market standards and no value of senior or junior employees. Favoritism is mostly seen. Just provide lead according to them.

Working experience with Rentokil-PCI was indeed good as work satisfaction and learning in the company was top moon level.
