I must say that when it's comes to give salary . They never disappoint employee . Salary get credited in account on 30th or 31st .

Every year when it come to give increment to employee . Company goes in loss 😂😂😂😂. Employee who keep good relation with top management or managers gets promotion and good increment. Every day there will be a hangout meetings, meeting in office, webinar and many more other things . And at the month end they will ask why sales ,collection Target is not achieved 😂😂

Skill not developed the corporate staff.. Local slag behave in manager... Company grow up in not use the manager. Dm, gm.... Only our our position stay him but problem came not the solution told him.. Bad behaviour... Not team wrk coordinate

... good care to make the salesperson to build knowledge and spends too doing that. Though compensation fixed is on a lower end, it has attractive incentive plan. Targets are steep and directs you to be immaculate planner and time manager.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike, fixed compensation should be hiked or improved in compression to work that must be done.
