...nical. They don't understand any problem of developers, they just want timeline. They hire people in the range of 8K to 10K per month salary bracket with bond of 1.5 years to 2 years. They don't provide any laptop or desktop for work, your have to work with your own system. By any chance if your system crashes or some hardware damage, they will not provide you the repair cost. Corporate politics is very common here due to some bad senior developers and the non technical managers. If you don't do any buttering to the senior developers then they forward negative feedback to the non technical managers and after sometime they will tell that you have performance issue and they force you to give your resignation.

1. I am grateful for the conducive environment the company has provided for me, it makes me enjoy my work and also give my best. It is a great privilege to work here. 2. I joined as a trainee. So I don't know about corporate culture and my communication skill was very poor, gradually I have learned those things. 3. Whenever I got stuck at any point or I need any help, my seniors and teammates helped me. They are very helpful. 4. Management team is very helpful, they always think about the employees. They always take very comfortable decisions for employees.
