Salary was on time if approval on time else salary processed in 2nd cycle or next month. Job security was good until you did some serious or critical wrong activity on client side.

Dislikes

No appraisal I worked there for almost 2 years and 9 months but didn't get any appraisal or promotion. I didn't get any Diwali bonus or gifts, I don't know why. About work culture may be good for their In-house employees, not good for me as I was a third party payroll employee.

Nothing, I wouldn't say I like anything about this company. Only the salary disbursement part is okay i.e., on time. For freshers, it is okay to get experienced. I worked as a Desktop engineer for a Wipro project, without job security, promotion, bad HR, No salary increment, etc. Terrible work experience.

There are no any training facilities and tarvel carrier growth work life balance don't have a provide better better client etc.

work environment and balance between work life and personal life is good i have the personal experience of working at data center and explore new things.which is good for my career growth.

job security is very less in that company because it provide man power to wipro, salary is very low according to other organisation and it does not provide salary to us at right time because of poor administrative operation.

Service are good and all employ are supported and helpfull and one extra good point the salary have done by month by moth properly same dated are declare. i wish i am again rejoin the company but they will no response for rejoing. thanking you
