1)Salary is low & work load is high due to low manpower. 2)Safety PPEs money will deduct from your salary( final settlement) 3) Company HO employee will rudely talk to you when you ask explanation about salary deduction. 4)No safety awareness due to unskilled Safety officer. 5) company have dominance of odisa employee because HR is from odisa.

This is a learning station. Salary creadit on time. This is best work station. All materials available. I learning mazor/ Miner B.D. attending. HrOne app and renom app very good aap. All facilities available.

Accommodation service available but salary deduction for food. Many material repairable received bt maximum material found faulty.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing everyone is just Show-off here literally I have seen many people are working on single sheet for half to full day which was just an hour qork & they show such seriousness that a very important work they are doin. I have hardly seen people smiling at Renom.

When you enter office it fills like some one is dead & everyone gathered for someones rituals that we perform after death but by sitting on your desk. Above condition is when Management people are in office when they are not available all managers comes & goes at whatever time they want but executives are pressurized to work for time.
