Support of management is best part.They value work skills but little diplomatic employees put patch on this words.Always thankful to Mr John sir,Mr Vishal lonkar sir,best gems of renest.

Dislikes

HR worst part.Biased policies.This is my experience,overall can't be said.Mr dogra worse HR I ever have seen.

Property location is amazing, secondly GM of hotel Mr. Satish Semwal was very helpful and honest.

Dislikes

Management is ridiculous, no skill development, staff food is like even bagger doesn't want eat that food, very low salary to all the staffs, 13 to 14 hours long shift.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
