Low salary Poor work culture Rude colleagues (operation head to be specific / manager) No holidays or sick leaves No proper management for employees No appraisals No increment Target conscious rule if not reached the target will get a direct message or call from the operation head as a warning not just a warning some times terminating employees even if it's just the starting month after joined or other reasons Keeps looking for reasons to kick their employees No HR department to provide and assist employees

Supportive leadership: Our CEO, is highly approachable and genuinely cares about the well being and development of each team member. his visionary leadership steers the company toward continuous growth and success.

High expectation: while high standards are set, it can occasionally lead to pressure to consistently perform at peak levels
