Good hands on on product knowledge on which you are working.

Dislikes

Very low salary with no benefits, no onsite, no good cafeteria (working late in office? Good, take of yourself, coffee also won't come when we want to take coffee such a terrible product company), I always get emails of so many people laid off in organisation. If you want to layoff why you even hire? Worst company culture, manager expect you to work on multiple projects at a time which is not a problem but they don't want one project lead to know that you are also working on another project, and expect involvement in both equally 100%. Comon dude I have 24 hrs in a day, and I have to take care of my travel since u don't have pick drop facility (when asked for it, management tells we are reducing carbon foot print by doing so 🤣🤣🤣) there is common cafeteria for a tech park which sucks.

Likes

Work life balance is better than other semiconductor companies. Decent WFH option.

Dislikes

Office space is terrible they have plans for future but current one is bad. HR team is horrible they behave as if they are doing you a favour while doing the bare minimum. They lack transparency in their offer letter and don’t include detailed breakdowns of benefits. Healthcare benefits are average and includes copayment.

Dislikes

Lot of harassing office politics. Mental health effected. Cheats in designation assignment. No recognition. POSH incidents are forcefully burried down. Victims are threatened for job loss. Worst groupism.

Likes

I like the Japanese managers and their respect towards others. Japanese ppl are really friendly and accept the mistakes and correct it if we point it out. Working with Japanese managers was an awesome experience.

Dislikes

Due to different time zone, It's difficult to maintain proper co-ordination among the different stackholders sitting across the world. German Managers are not straight forward, still living in the 19th century Boss behavior mind set.
