Founders don't know the industry in which they operate and don't even know how to run a company or deal with employees, no idea about the future of the business, every 6-12 months leadership team gets fired, erratic hiring and firing, no HR policies in place, lowest amount of leaves any company can provide, will not give you appraisal until and unless you bring an offer from another company, discrimination of employees based on the country they live in.

I like nothing about Renegade except salary

If you're a family person avoid this company. Worst leadership ever I've seen. Suddenly they go on hiring spree and suddenly they decide on cost cutting. If you join renegade just keep in mind, you'll be fired any day anytime. The leaders are very satisfied with old people there. They do not like the ideology of new minds. The job role is not defined. Even if you get hired for tech role, consider yourself doing ops job as well. It has boss culture. No leadership culture. If you're looking for something time pass, go for it.
