Nothing to like about the company. No job security, no cab, no proper leave policies, no sick leaves, no night shift allowance.

...ly listen to the management and doesn't even hear the people working under them. Envys about others salary packages and talks behind the back. Targets efficient people and remove them from the work for silly reasons. As a conclusion, company removes people then there without giving warning and threats them to resign.

Salary will be credited on time which is the only positive

Management level people are nuts. They don't have any idea on improving the process. Need to have skill ful top level management. Job security is nil. Anyone can be terminated at any time without even a warning.

Senior Management doesn't have experienced or proper fit people to enhance the business and people management is very worse.. They care 0 to their employees, caste minded IJPs

not a preferable company if you are a tester. Management and developers treat you badly. Leads and Managers are even worst. there is no scope for performance or automation. it's purely a manual testing company

No Job security. In my opinion is not suitable for experienced pupils. Management is not listening to employees' voices what the client says or internal manager says is the Final Verdict
