Company culture is so awesome. Job security is at core. Great ambiance and work life balance.

Dislikes

No proper promotion Less hike percentage Salary slab is not disclosing properly. Hiding many things. Management need more improvements. HR can modify their terms and agreement every year as their wish (suddenly they say 3 months notice period and inbetween they will change is as 1 month again they change it back to 3 months). Salary slab between your colleague will have a huge difference even though you guys are in a same designation. (NOT ONLY BCZ OF EXPERIENCE but also management needs). It should be noticeable. Cafeteria size should be increased. Transport cost should be reduced ( or can provide one way free).

1. Small Campus. 2. Contains 3 buildings named Phase 1, 2 and 3 3. To shift from one to another Have to go outside.

Nice Pay and great yearly increment. You can get 200% variable pay amount also if you perform well.. Work life balance is great you can leave ontime by 5.30pm. Cutting edge technology.... Training are very good you will get lot of opportunities.

Dislikes

Distance is the only issue but they provide cab. Short term onsites only 2 weeks.

... ruin my career with worst project.. I never suggest anyone to this company. They are cheating my variable pay, hike is also like service based company, please dont come to company for product organization.. Trust me.. 2 years before I have joined, I'm very happy that time, but now I'm feel angry on me for choosing this company.

Job security. Learning and development opportunities are good. Good pay for performance culture, however has old school way of processing promotions.

Workload is high in certain businesses. Systems operate in silos increasing complexity at work.
