Work life balance is really good. Overall Work culture is good, but depends on the reporting manager.

HR BPs are not effective. Better policies on variable compensation can be brought for resigning employees. With the current policy, there is a high probability that you may not receive VC despite working for entire financial year.

... to go for food outleta outside for lunch Very poor for GET in terms of growth Very poor Salary. (When compared to similar organizations like MercedesBenz and Volvo In Bangalore. the pay is hardly 30-50% of what the employees there are taking home) For people coming from other organizations, make sure you get inside with a decent pay keeping at least the next 5 years in mind, think about whether you will be fine with the same package you are getting for the next 5 years. Don't even think about joining here as a third party vendor. Run for your life instead

If in local Indian based projects, growth is dependent upon sales and profit. There is a bit of politics in Local project team and most won't be credited for the job done.

Company culture is so awesome. Job security is at core. Great ambiance and work life balance.

No proper promotion Less hike percentage Salary slab is not disclosing properly. Hiding many things. Management need more improvements. HR can modify their terms and agreement every year as their wish (suddenly they say 3 months notice period and inbetween they will change is as 1 month again they change it back to 3 months). Salary slab between your colleague will have a huge difference even though you guys are in a same designation. (NOT ONLY BCZ OF EXPERIENCE but also management needs). It should be noticeable. Cafeteria size should be increased. Transport cost should be reduced ( or can provide one way free).
