Too much of documents which not able to follow. 10 year experienced technicians will get more salary than same years experienced supervisor. Production side engineer and teamleader need to 100% even in lunch and tea break. But shift end they will be questioned like why they are not done their supervisor role. Not focusing on improve sales, focusing on manpower reduction.

Good culture and friendly environment. Very good work life balance scenario.

Taking external employees with higher pay but not giving any extra pay(% increase)for the person who works here for the past.

... are not paid out immediately. You have to keep chasing people to get your dues. When you do, you find that all the payouts are calculated on basic pay only, and other allowances (which were part of your salary) are not paid. 7. Even small requirements have to go through a lengthy process of approvals (of 8 to 10 levels), and you find yourself spending more time getting approvals rather than actually doing work. 8. Weekly appraisals by your boss are very unpleasant and unnecessary. 9. Canteen services are horrendous. Food has been found to contain foreign bodies, including glass, plastic, stones and insects. 10. No freedom to work at all.

As a fresher it is good company to start with. Salary is less as compared to the market and very less increments are given on yearly basis. Culture is good and good opportunities to learn more and also onsite opportunities available.

Dislikes

Increments not given properly. Less motivation following . Favouritism exists and feels like it is a South Indian company more than a France or Japan company because of its location and people inside.

There is a bond of 3 years. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. However learning and training opportunities to enhance skills are given
