...hey are not edible. No care is taken of the employees. Work culture is not good. And the most important salary is 30 days late. For this reason employees do not stay here

If we got a proper department like QA, SCM, BD, PPC, etc. you can get a required knowledge to boost your career.

It doesn't provide any canteen facility, poor management can be observed and salary is not in the time.

There will be proceess are well settled. Company is growing on YOY. For learning of new technologies,it will be better than other plastic injection molding companies.

Dislikes

There's no any work satisfaction. Work life balance for staff is less. Shift start at 8:30am but for leaving time was 10:30 pm,9:30pm. And during audit period it will goes on 1:30am as well. Depends on HOD's. After doing there's no any satisfaction.

The management of the company should be more responsible when it comes to solving the problems of our team. The food in the company canteen should be improved.

1)No systematic approach . 2)All activities are peeson dependent. 3)Managers are the only person to decide what to do and how to do.No system driven approach. 3)Roles and responsibilities are not clearly define.
