This company is open to innovation, implementation and readily adopts latest technology . I feel that good career growth in this company.

At present Compensation and benefits are poor for office based employees.

1) Job Security 2) Their Vision

Dislikes

1) For Employee's pay scale, they comparing with Erode companies not for the Tamil Nadu or Indian Market. 2) They will give multiple responsibility to a Manager/Leader but they don't allow them to perform independently. So most of Managers will not take ownership and they don't have Job satisfaction. 3) They are doing only Government Projects. So that the different skill development in contract is not possible.

I got an wonderful experience, Especially while doing at erode grade seperator there is lot learnings and so on.It is a good experience in my career.

Dislikes

Salary increment is less, The rate of career growth is very slow
