There is nothing to like. No work life balance.

Dislikes

You have to travel a lot within city for dimensions. Safety concerns as you have to climb on industrial roofs without gears. No Saturday off. No one to teach you.

The most excellent thing is that the CMD of relyon is a great man as i have seen in my career very co-operative . he always give the opportunity to freshers as well as new responsibility for which a new comer can growth in his career and for company also .

The most worst thing is the reporting system in project team . here a technician/engineer ... instead of reporting to their senior / manager .. they will direct report to head admin .they should not by pass there leader /manager .i feel some of employee are doing partiality here . and corrupted person also .
