Learning opportunity is limited, due to captive environment and limited level of hierarchy, vertical growth is restricted but it depends on your satisfaction level, I personally don't see it as a disadvantage.

...gers are always put under microscope and being asked to reward substandard work. No reward for middle managers and way feedbacks are handled is not professional Pay is substantially varied across department, a Manager pay is given for a 5-yr experienced analyst and no parity on this

work pressure, hire and fire policy. you will always worry about your job security. old tech are being used. micro management. they hired 200 people in 3 months and now they started firing people till now 30 employee have being fired and few resigned

Work life balance is the best I had in my 15 years of career. Work culture is such that no one would yell or use any harsh words at you even if you are at fault They are striving to be best in ensuring Diversity and inclusion.
