Good company and more scope to learn, but job security is very very less due to company and group company in losses

Bonus won't give if you resigned, even if you work entire financial year with proper notice period service they won't give, cheating company when you relieve company, huge work pressure, sales dominant, no ethics for credit, no jobs security

I am very happy to work in RHDFL as R.M. as employ. I work here for more than 3.5 yr. But never felt any problems or job security. Company is really good for all their employee. Work culture, environment,etc really good here. I am honored to worked here. All my colleague and Senior are very helpful in this company. This company is good not only for professional life but also personal life. Finally I will be honored if I get another chance to work in this company.
