...no job security if seniors command not followed the doors are opened right away.during this pandemic didnt provide bonus no hike in ctc all working in same ctc but expecting high yeilds as if rich ctc provided huge bonus given.No proper arrangement provided for WFH culture.many things to say but cant because earning my bread and butter from this company.

ceo promotes transparency but nothing is transparent here.HR and company announces some news senior managers bring their own set of rules.office politics at different level.if you dont agree with them be ready to be their target on the go ultimately you will be terminated or suspended or asked to resign giving pressure.use of power and contact done by all in this company.zero scope for growth once you get into any role you would be continued in same.traing will be just verbally or name sake actual training does not exist.

1) Company attrition rate is very high. 2) Seniors will not listen to your problems/solutions instead they will start blaming on you for problems. 3) If you want to work in negative environment, I highly recommend to join this company 4) Daily you will get demotivated by HOD. in every meeting he/she tell you how you are not performing, How incapable you are (even though you are capable and good performer).

Dislikes

1) Don't fall in fake promises given during interview. promises are trapped so that you can join company. 2) Internal politics, comparison by seniors. 3) Lack of internal department co-ordination. 4) If you got selected for 'A' role then be ready to do B,C,D,E,...... role as well even though its not your profile. HOD will forcefully assign you other resigned employee role as well. HOD has ego problem.
