Basically I was like in this company work environment, basic level of this job who wants to start with career in the sale filed this the best way to start, one more think I share you that please work on maximum one year and switch to other job after that will build good career in the sales industry

In this job I give the one suggestions don't work more one year, no salary will be hike and start with executive after 5 year also u working executive level only and career will stuck.

There are positive thing work in rotational shift. All managers are very supportive if you are support to them in such manner. The company vision is stay grow. company give you equal chance to get polish yourself and take responsibility for another level. All facilities are very consciously followed

... management level taking advantages when you done the work. like smart worker. Salary issue less salary high work load and sales pressure.

the only thing i like about working in reliance trends is online incentives. Rs100 per order booking

...y working here door are open you can go, we can take someone to replace you) 4.salary is decent but management in the store is very poor.there's no opportunity to learn something new because you have to do folding+ all time. no time for learning system work whatever you learn from previous company also start to fade away from your memory.
