Salary at the time of Joining is good but growth of company is a concern and growth of individual is at stake. Though there are many discussion and plans for expansion but execution level is zero.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Individual heading the company is self centric and not keen for the growth of the company. There is a high job rotation specially of skilled staff, many leaving job without having alternative options post frustration and misbehavior of Individual heading the company. Increment and promotion mechanism is not standard or performance driven. There are no skill development options as company is running short of staff and individual is assigned any job ignoring the skills of the Individual.
