Leads you won't get from any where you have to hunt. If you sell one product then for installation you have to pay money to installation people.

I am working last five years but no salary groth here and every year medical policy changes due to very costly as per compare to overall india medical policy not benficial ,rating is not going on as per work , I am very frustrated because in five year honestly working but salary is very low compare to other and after five year compleated but salary in hand below 30 thousands and no any single promotion.

...s issue. This is really effected on my mental health and personal career growth. Because I have to pay EMI and financial condition is very bad. Because I haven't any job now. I am getting mental harrassment by this organisation. If I take any wrong decision in this situation reliance industries and and HR team will be responsible for that. If anyone thinking to join this organisation. I request them please don't do that because here is no safe work place and here no garranty of your present and future personal as well as professional growth. Now I am jobless deu to this organisation.

1) No growth in role and high job risk day to day Targets and even managers not aware of products and process and you will have no response from HR's too only onboarding process and off boarding process will be done. highly we will face politics in organisation. 2) People come for 6 months journey to generate payslips 3) this job suitable for intermediate people but hires ug and pg people for low salary. 4) it is purely executive role no office work, completely works on roads 5) their give designation As Assistant manager but your role is executive 6) You will hear PIP word in every month. 7) Highly pressure job. 8) no leads will be provide by the company 9) products sales is internet for shops

I was working at RELIANCE SMSL LTD , COIMBATORE since 2021 , I asked for three days leave which was already planned at that time HR was planning to visit my branch so they told me to come to office but since I was about to attend the family function i couldn't come to office and for this silly reason from very next day after my three days leave they told me to sit inside the office from morning to evening for about a week without doing any works and one fine day they called me to handover the IT accessories and update the resignation. That's all without any prior info they sent me out. They also told that senior HR has sent the termination letter but I asked how could they send a termination letter unless an employee work against the company. That's all I came out. THEY NEED ME TO QUIT IMMEDIATELY BUT FAILED TO PROVIDE ME MY EXPERIENCE LETTER. I approached two to three times to my HR he is not responding.
