Bad experience with work in reliance securities..As per discussion at interview time there was not given any information about salary deduction... And told me that salary is fixed but now they are saying about deduction if target will not achieved...That's why i am leaving this job..And one more thing my Salary is not issue yet of my working days i have done here....

HR policies are terrible, extention of bonus retrenchment date, is communicated 3 days prior to expiry. Employees are disappointed!

No salary payout as per the offer letter criteria. There was no such discussion in interview process that our salary pay will be based on deals target.full time 7days/week effective 22nd March.no salary slip given from date of joining.and don't have official PF no. I agree due to pandemic situation company is facing loss .this doesn't mean to cut salary as described in the offer letter.although I'm putting my 100% effort .no proper precautions sanitization taken in office area risking employees health
