Every training was well & good.. About salary little bit I m upset because salary has not increase till now... Work environment was excellent.

The management there is good, I have worked there for almost 2 years, got to learn a lot there.

Didn't understand the appraisal there for two years but the salary was the same as the rest of the time management. And there will be many opportunities to make a career

Appraisals are pathetic. Peanuts u get. I completed one year here and got no hike just because I just after April. Not even pro basis. They make their own rules as and when required.

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.
