...rand value and just by emerging it is actually lacking a lot in management side. Also the salary is less and increment doesn't happen even after years. I have seen employees working in same pay scale since last 4years.

1. No increment until you finish 2 yrs before new financial year. 2. Abusive language used 3. No work life balance 4. Very less holidays 5. No promotion inspite of good work.

Expect salary hike and appraisal everything is fine. Offcourse every company has its pros and cons, same like here only. We can manage all other aspects.

Salary Hike and Appraisals. Its very bad improvement on ctc hike every year. Support department like marketing, merchandising and visual merchandisers were getting a small bone piece after the hike given to operations teams.

Poor job security working in reliance brands or else value formate, less pay compare to other retail organisations, stand the whole day don’t take rest & bear the oppression of the boss those who say you are a servant here haha shit company just pretending to be good & less work satisfaction.

I never received this much disrespect and torture from any of the colleague ever in my life. Work life balance is 0. I was getting sick as I was the sole person responsible to stand all day on the floor and even after that seniors use to shout on me claiming that they can't see from their blind eyes me working lmao. The asm didn't know anything about the people management he told me to leave if I'm thinking about leave even for a second. Pathetic and poor work environment one who got the integrity, power ,talent can't even breathe in that environment for a longer period of time. I resigned within 5 days but the real suffer begun in my notice period. People kept lying over there for their own advantages. No week off on my last week of notice period, was about to meet an accident after continuously working and not getting holidays. Such a waste..
