...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...promotion only for North more supportive. Treat like office boys and no respect. Salary less while joining one offer and after 1st month getting very salary. Understand I got correct offer letter with package on 6 Attempt . Chuthiya people here

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.
