management specially in retail sector is not focused..only start new business hire people and close that business certainly and dehire those people or transfar..too much hiring and de hiring in last few years..create a bad reputation about reliance retail amongst employees

Proper Work Life Balance ,along with Salary benefits and most importantly Upgrading Employees Skils by trained them with appropriate Certification Courses and trainings

PF Policies are too Complicated. Existing Employees can't avail PF because of too much complications and Documentations which are even EPFO is not asking.

Worst HR Culture, If you have God Father /Mother in a Bigger role in reliance then you will enjoy working here in Reliance irrespective of your position, you work or not no body has a power to tell you anything. The rehiring policy is terrible, they don't value your experience outside reliance. Coming to SLP part there are some (not all) retired army people working in corporate but still have mindset of Army and trying running a corporate company like army. They still loved to be called as Cornel, Major ect. That is why they are misbehaving with civilians and don't hesitate giving example of Army in every meeting. This is very dangerous for corporate world. It's look like if Top management doesn't look at all these then time is not far that it will loose it's market Value unlike some big companies which are history now.

On-time salary and incentives. The Coursera platform they provide to get education and skills is very good.

Dislikes

Everything apart from salary and incentive. The company is providing us all kind of facilities that are more in comparison of other companies but there is no work life balance. There is no job security because the management change the structure in every 3 - 4 months. Company transfer us in multiple roles and locations to save our job that is very unsatisfying. There is no growth. Employees are working from 8 - 10 years in same position.
