I never got get positive vibes with our cluster manager Mr Pranjith, there is no option to escalate our problem with higher officials. High level designation people are not good in the reliance jewellery SIS format, that's why people leaving the company. This is purely my opinion and experience

Only Organization Name is good in market due to market capitalisation.

Dislikes

...in CTC because these clause only applicable when you an employee applied for it. It's not a part of fixed salary. Many of store across Pan India are closed by organization and there is no job securities of employees in this case.

Store Manager aka Store Karta is egoistic and do favouritism. He doesn't have any kind of system knowledge and delegates all task to his subordinates. As a result his store has high attrition rate. Shows favouritism by only accepting leaves to those who is sweet to him. While he relieves all his responsibilities on Assistant Store Manager and Department Manages and takes leaves regularly. His exact words were "ASM rehte hue mujhe karna padega kya". His subordinates are used as a scapegoat to protect and serve him. Your work experience will depends based on person to person. If your store manager is good and supportive. You can stay here for a long time. Otherwise your life will become a living hell.
