Dislikes

The people in top leadership are not at all serious, no feedback is taken seriously neither from customer nor from employee. Processes are old and everybody takes their sweet time to delay things as much as they can. Things are changed for worse in every week. No though is given on process building evrybody looks for a temporary solution.

Poor HR Policies (no non Hindu public holiday, only veg food allowed, salary structure etc) Not much freedom to take initiatives or decisions Siloed teams across all business Top management

Likes

Reliance offers best in class pay and insurance benefits. Job security is best in India. Internal promotions are a regular feature and work quality and leadership is decent for the industry. Promoters are aggressive which is good for experimentation and morale. Internal movements to different businesses give opportunity for novelty and relocation.

Dislikes

It is a bit opaque as an organization and you only know what's going on in your small bubble of existence. Policies are centrally driven and can at times seem very rigid and unaccommodating as per needs of the individual or business .

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Likes

There is nothing to like in this company. They treat humans more like machine and give unnecessary extra work not related to job. Managers dedicate everything to us.

Dislikes

Low salary and lala company. They cut a lot of money on medical but the quality of medical is not there.
