Reliance is the best platform for learning. In my time of 2.5 years, a lot has changed in my life mainly due to Reliance. The culture here is good, everyone works with teamwork.

The thing is that now I am relying on the issue of salary. Whose work is good but salary is less? Salary should be according to experience There is no promotion on time, very bad even after passing the exam.

Nothing that great just big names and incomplete knowledge given to employees

Unprofessional Not on their words False commitment Hr department hires without any background check fake salary slips And later torcher their employees after a longer period of time When they want u on board they will not get into deeper details of the employee Hierarchy is not followed While the time of growth quarterly and annually there is no respectable appraisals given Sales pressure at its peak No work life and personal life balance If the past there are terminated employees they are too hired back these is the worst part I have seen in any company

All things are reliance very good and most important thing of the company get the full salary in lockdown that is very good thing for me.

Nothing but late promotion that is a reason of dislike other wise all gud

Job security as people them selves won't stay for more than 1 yr

Only joining salary is good. After that no appraisal , max hike yearly is 9 %. Too much of politics. Very poor management. Due to management people's average time in company is 1 yr.

So many.. but few below Downlevel management decisions are pathetic, Owner level management should know what is happening ground level..and reality, Major minus SLP.. they are working personal revanges on staff and not focused to control the shrinkage bcaz they are not accountable for shrinkage.. Give them ownership on shrinkage accountability then only they will work.. Third party security agency is better than them.. Without Managers/staff intrest or opinions other state transfers are initiated by RM level management with their own decisions forcefully without any second option.. which is they will struggle as family and kids studies are settled in current working location since many years..
