...h family.there are lots of rules and regulations ... We work just like a robot.. There is no hike in salary .. All staff it means new one or experienced one are get same salary.. basic salary is 6500 and HRA is 5000 total 11500 . after the deduction of PF and ESI we get 10500 per month.if we don't care about that salary then we get some knowledge about finances and retail industry.

There is no job security in retail industry..and if u have a hold in top then u will get growth otherwise u still working in where u started.

salary on time, and central HR team is very supportive, specially Mr Ravi Gangaramani.

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.

1- Worst and toxic management (There should be -ve rating ) 2-Full dectatorship is going on 3- Salary structure is worst 4- -ve work life balance 5- No support from management 6- No proper training for outsiders who never did job in same process. Either hire from same department or else don’t ruin anyone’s career by hiring from different department and torture him/her Many more negative points are there

Reliance is the best platform for learning. In my time of 2.5 years, a lot has changed in my life mainly due to Reliance. The culture here is good, everyone works with teamwork.

The thing is that now I am relying on the issue of salary. Whose work is good but salary is less? Salary should be according to experience There is no promotion on time, very bad even after passing the exam.
