Apart from getting salary on time nothing is there to like

So many.. but few below Downlevel management decisions are pathetic, Owner level management should know what is happening ground level..and reality, Major minus SLP.. they are working personal revanges on staff and not focused to control the shrinkage bcaz they are not accountable for shrinkage.. Give them ownership on shrinkage accountability then only they will work.. Third party security agency is better than them.. Without Managers/staff intrest or opinions other state transfers are initiated by RM level management with their own decisions forcefully without any second option.. which is they will struggle as family and kids studies are settled in current working location since many years..

...promotion only for North more supportive. Treat like office boys and no respect. Salary less while joining one offer and after 1st month getting very salary. Understand I got correct offer letter with package on 6 Attempt . Chuthiya people here
