Only medical insurance for self and family covered. Job security salary on time.

Dislikes

1) Career path is not clear, any moment you will get moved from one department to another. It will become difficult for you to justify your work if you are looking for better opportunities outside in other organisation. 2) Lesser compensation. Based on other organisation take home salary difference is huge. Example, people who are at C1 Level at 13.5 lac CTC , their in hand is 75 k monthly. Rest amount gose in different components of CTC, biggest gemmick component is PROFIT LINK INCENTIVE, in this out of 13.5 lac , 2.5 lac is PLI , which you will never get full based on year end grading 80% people get 'A' = 70% of PLI , 15 % People gets A+ = 80% of PLI, 5% People get A* = 90% PLI , Even these 5 % top management people and boss favorites. 3) They ask you to work on Saturdays, offically all weekends are off, but they put pressure and ask you to work, such culture followed by higher management and gose to bottom level.You won't even get paid for these days it's like company giving you opportunity to learn something new on Saturdays. 4) Do not join if you are below 40 age, it's a organization built for above 40 & 45 . Middle management struggle to get recognition and promotion. What Reliance will give you ,High CTC with less take home salary, with bigger Role and responsibilities. It's a trap after 2 years because other industry player won't be able to match that CTC and role. 5 ) You will not get bonus or some improvement in salary. On diwali you will get wafers,chakna and dry fruits to make you feel like Family member.

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.
