Salary structure is very bad, changes CTC and inhand salary without any notice. Totally money minded company, doesn't look for welfare of employees. I will not suggest to join unless you get to work in reliance corporate

Only joining salary is good. After that no appraisal , max hike yearly is 9 %. Too much of politics. Very poor management. Due to management people's average time in company is 1 yr.

Big campus, No castism. Flexible timing good at time on pendamic, 5 days working and work life balance.

Growth is very low, confusion about salary breakup, uncertainty on PLI (overnight cut it). Now a days no Job guarantee, favouritism is on pick. No appreciation on good work.

It is neither too good nor too bad but a lot of work is taken from the employer due to which the salary of the employee neither increases nor gets any promotion
