Compensation is not so good, growth is very slow. The work pressure is very very high. There is no on-job training for fresher, seniors folks like I have to trained myself which is a pain for me.

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.
