They will not provide you any kind of training, you have to learn your own. Salary is very low for job profile, learning and work environment is very poor. You have to work at least 12-14 hrs to complete your daily target. They do not believe on thing like outing, as per them , it just time wasting activity.

You have leaves but you can't take the leave, all day here big day we have to spend our money for the target. Morning 7 to 9 pm working culture. Daily concal will go up to 10.30 pm.. terrible workplace.. don't Join here and don't spoil your future..
