Dislikes

Pay structure is not standardized as per market. Job role distribution is adequate. Roles and responsibilities is non proportional to the pay structure. Top management employees have extremely high pay but the medium and lower grade employees are under paid.

It's India fourth largest power plant in term of power generation so u have lot of learning if u are joined early stage of career and work culture is so supportive.

Dislikes

Company accommodation and salary structure are not as per power industries.

Rosa Power one of the best thermal power plant in India which is closer to State Capital Lucknow and also Country capital New Delhi

There is only issue for Diploma Engineers career path and also salary related issues for them but best for graduates engineer in all terms.

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 months before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
