Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Must improve on appraisal and policies of company. Very Bad salary paying company.Those people who were Good at maintaining the relations with the Boss got the promotions. Hardworkers are always ignored. Company doesn't want honest employ. DON'T waste your time here .

The training provided by the organization is quite comprehensive for a downstream retailing operation. One has to travel quite a lot, but for people who enjoy traveling, I think it is worth the experience. The overall operations that you learn are excellent and very helpful in developing the analytical skills as well.

Reliance has started Retail Petroleum business in the year of 2004 May Onwards. Reliance has captured 35% market share from the all PSU;s (IOCL,BPCL & HPCL) with in a span of one year because customer satisfaction and delivering the results on time in professionally and personally.
