Good work life balance due to Saturday and Sunday is off,Amc focus on employees learning. Superior is helpful to subordinate like family.

Major drawback is 3party pay role and less chance for employees to get on role due to offroll salary package is less.

Some old stuff and Boss favroiteee get benifits that makes worng person at right place, which reduce and degrade the talents of subordinates

There is nothing to like about here poor work life balance you have to come to office daily even if you are dying so think twice before joining here if you still want to join here please don’t join Delhi region as people are extremely toxic everyone here people resign as they want to die
