Very proud of Nippon Life Asset Management Limited and to be a part of its workforce. A structured organization but boundaries eased out to address any work, health concerns. An organisation that's "into" you and upholds its workforce as a fabric of its existence. IJPs, webinars on mental health, mentoring programmes, management training programmes it's like they have a basketful. Overall it is a great place to work. Being employee centric is its greatest USP. May its tribe increase.
