...tion level, HR level also not active so its create strong connectivity problem . Salary structure is very poor, payslip & offerletter's CTC are different. Branch Manager's expectations some times very challenging & hard for Sales team. Company's android Applications (apps) many of times not working properly, so it's hard to make productive. Depends on aforesaid circumstances these are my own & personal opinion/ believe.

When I joined in Reliance life the manager told me when your package high in year you get the 50%of ctc incentive after financial year. I was Aggressively working in a year got the 3 promotions S. R. M to B. R. M(2.20Lac to 4.00lac)packages. But my incentive is zero. That's why I disappointment and resigned my job
